Seaynic Labs LLC ("Seaynic Labs," "we," "us," or "our") is a Tennessee limited liability company based in Clarksville, Tennessee. We build and operate software products, mobile applications, digital learning platforms, and digital goods for individual consumers, developers, and small teams.

Our products and services include, but are not limited to:

• Enchapter — AI bedtime story app for children (enchapter.kids, Apple App Store)

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to all websites, applications, products, and services owned and operated by Seaynic Labs LLC, collectively referred to as the "Services." It describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you interact with any of our Services.

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve our Services. The specific information collected depends on which Services you use.

3.1 Information You Provide

• Account information — name and email address when you create an account
• Payment information — billing details when you make a purchase; transactions are processed by third-party payment processors and we do not store full payment card numbers
• Communications — messages you send us via email or support channels
• User-generated content — any content you create, submit, or upload within our Services

• Usage data — pages visited, features used, time spent, and interactions within our Services
• Device information — browser type, operating system, and device type needed to deliver the Services

• We do not collect information for advertising targeting

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Seaynic Labs takes children's privacy seriously. This section governs our practices for Enchapter and any other Services directed at or knowingly used by children under 13.

4.1 Enchapter

Enchapter is designed for use by children under parental supervision. Our commitments:

• No personal data collected from children. Enchapter does not require children to create accounts or provide any personal information.
• No behavioral tracking. We do not track, profile, or target children within the app.
• No advertising. Enchapter contains no third-party advertising of any kind.
• Subscriptions handled by Apple. All billing for Enchapter Plus is processed by Apple via StoreKit. Seaynic Labs does not receive or store payment information directly.
• Third-party AI services. Enchapter uses third-party AI services to generate story content and synthesize narration audio. These services process the story prompts selected by the parent but do not receive or retain personal information about children.

4.2 Other Services

StdOut, Hone, and our digital products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through those Services. If we become aware of an inadvertent collection, we will delete it promptly.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our Services
• Process transactions and deliver purchased products or content
• Send transactional communications (receipts, account notifications, password resets)
• Respond to support requests and inquiries
• Improve and develop our Services based on usage patterns

We do not send unsolicited marketing communications without your explicit consent. Where we send product updates, you may opt out at any time.

For Enchapter: because we do not collect personal information from children, there is no child data to retain or delete.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
